Car Accident....

So I was involved in a one car accident on Friday...

My car hydroplaned off the road into a light pole in the ditch. The witness behind me said that I should not have walked away from the wreck and that I must be very lucky. I told him no that I am just VERY blessed. He was very nice to stop and make sure that I was ok and to get me out of the car because he was afraid that lighting would strike the light pole and my car would be hit as well. Mike (the nice witness man) stayed with me until Stephen's dad could get there.

Mike (remember the little witness man) said that as I was coming out of the curve that my car started sliding to the right and then I went to the left (I know that you are just supposed to let it go the same direction, but I was really SCARED!) and then it slid to the right again. He said that I spun around a couple of times and then took out one guard wire on the light pole, hit the light pole with the front right side of the car, and then the back bumper got caught on the light pole. (see why he wanted me out of the car??? not to mention that my car was sitting in about 5 inches of water...) This is the FIRST wreck that I have ever had and the last one that I ever want to have.

Mike said that my car was headed straight for the light pole, but something happened and it went off to the side....

So this has been a really bad week... Wednesday night Stephen pulled a muscle in his back and was down and had to go to the doctor on Thursday and then I wrecked on Friday morning... So we were both kind of out of commission for the latter part of the week.... BUT we did have an AWESOME revival. =)

So today I am VERY sore, but I am back at work. So happy that it was not more serious.... ANYWAY....
